DOTS

  • each dot represents a month (quarter) where the item has expense in the selected year
  • a length of the graph line with no dot, means the item has no expense in the corresponding month (quarter)
  • the closer the dot to the label strip, the higher the share of expense or n° of purchases or n° of days of purchase, over the total data in the month (quarter) (for expense frequency, the higher the n° of days on which money has been spent over the n° of calendar days in the month (quarter))

CATEGORIES VIEW

  • lightweights (not over 30% weight for at least 70% of the months (quarters) where the item has expense)
  • heavyweights (over 70% weight for at least 70% of the months (quarters) where the item has expense)

(for n° of days of purchase it’s items with low (high) frequency in your overall expense (it’s sub categories with low (high) frequency in the expense on the category they belong to, in tapped category’s sub categories view)

(for expense frequency, it’s: items with low (high) frequency in the month (quarter))
